Pholosa staff know nothing about client service. I am very disappointed with the service this far. i was contacted on the 21 June 2013 and advised that Cell C have handed over my account for collection. Person by the name of Nare sent me details including amount ownig. I made payment arrangements with a lady by the name of Tsakane to pay off the account in 2 months. i was able to settle the account in line with the arrangement in June. i have since been calling Pholosa just to get the confirmation that te account is settled. Everyday i am recieing threatening e-mails and sms informing me that a legal action will be taken against me but we i call Pholosa nobody seems to know what needs to happen although everbody confirms that the account is settled. When i request to speak to someone senior i am alway refered to Pule Ndlovu who is suppose to call me in 10 minutes time. Since July i a still waiting for Pule to revert my call. I called on the 20 August 2013 and spoke to Tshepho, He advised that Pule will send me an e-mail with the confirmation- nothing came forth. I called again yesterday and spoke to Gugulethu Bubheka, she even went as far as saying she willl call me back. Its BAD
