AGENTS DONT HAVE A CLUE

Last week i recieved an sms from PHOLOSA telling me that i needed to settle an outstanding cell c contract to avoid legal action, for a contract that ended in 2010 for an amount of R958, i promptly called them and settled my account last thursday morning, using the reference number that i was given by them. today i recieved another sms stating that i defaulted on my arrangement to make payment, now for an amount of R942.90, i called the call centre and was told that they couldnt help me, i had to call JM ATTORNEYS, even after both sms' came from pholosa. After much aggravation i was able to get yet another email address to send the proof of payment to (have already sent it to 5 different pholosa and jm addresses), and still have not recieved any confirmation of them recieving my email. Who on earth can i send this mail too so they can get off my back?
