I received a message that I should contact pholosa attorneys regarding an account that was in arrears. I was not sure which account so I called the number provided. The person that answered took all my details and stated that I would be called back. Apparently the person that answers the phones is unable to assist with any queries and must just refer the information. No one has called after several attempts I seem to be going nowhere.
Worse off I have no clues as to why pholosa is in contact with me. If there is a problem I would like it dealt with. There is however a call center that is unable to assist. Johan ref: 75032813
