NO FEEDBACK or Response about R400 promotion

I have not received any feedback whatsoever with regards to the this R400 promotion with Outsurance.

I emailed my details and current insurance documents to the relevant email addresses and NO response. It's been 2 weeks now.

Why does Outsurance make promises and not deliver???
