I contacted Outsurance about 3 weeks ago in response to an advert I saw on television, where the Insurance provider promised to pay R400 to potential clients, if they cannot beat the client's current insurance provider. I spoke to 4 different consultants on different dates, all of which confirmed that Outsurance cannot beat my current car insurance premium and will thus pay me the R400 as per the advert. I sent through my current insurance policy documents via a link I had received from Outsurance, and I was told that a consultant will be in contact with me to finalise everything! THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED AND I HAVENT RECEIVED THE R400 AS PROMISED!!!
I had to keep calling Outsurance over and over again to follow up on on this and NEVER did anyone from Outsurance ever contact me to inform me on the status of my query! I had been promised on numerous times that someone will be in contact with me, and almost a month later, I'm still waiting! The service I received from Outsurance has been appalling!!! Why launch a national campaign such as this if you cannot deliver as promised!!!?
I am very upset as I feel Outsurance is a and taking us for a ride! I WANT MY R400 AS PROMISED
