I heard about the Outsurance R400 cash back if they can beat your current insurance. I decided to give it a try the consultant who was very friendly and helpful answered all my question. However they could not beat my current insurance. The consultant advised that she will send me an sms with my unique pin and an email with the link that i will have to follow in order for Outsurance to pay me the R400. I received the sms but not the email. The next day i called the call centre and advised that i did not get the email, the consultant advised that i need to go on the outsurance website and go to the R400 promotion and do the claim there and guess, it does not work. I was then told to send an email the a Mrs Groenewald, which i did. I received a read receipt from her but no feedback. I am utterly disappointed with the service from Outsurance.
