Oneplan card pin/reset issues

After going to the doctor/dentist last week the pin reset option wasn't working so I had to pay R950 cash and I was assured that a new pin would be supplied by following the process and I would have access to those funds. As of today there has been no progress or advice with regards to getting a refund and all they do is instruct me to reset my pin.

I have been through the 'resetting your pin process about 5 times' and each time it doesn't work and I call the call centre for assistance, I get the same response which is going through the process again.

I've been dealing with Luvuyo, and while he is helpful and tries his best to help me each time we are still nowhere near to resolving this issue and it's getting to a point where when I now call for him I stay on hold until eventually I hang up and try again later with the same results as if he's avoiding my calls.

I have seen a few complaints on Hello peter about this same pin resetting issue so I know I am not the first and seeing as though your Oneplan credit card is the only way of accessing any funds, it seems very convenient for them to dwell on this issue leaving customers like myself frustrated and out of pocket.
