Outsurance says if they cant beat current premium you will get R400
Trust me, they make you run around the bush for that!!!
* First you get the quote, you then say no your current premium is lower than outsurance. So they send you a mail requesting for your current premiums. You send them that and wait for a response which takes a week.
*After numerous mails you get a response saying "Your current insurance policy is not older than 24 hours / risk insured less than 24 hours". So then you send them proof that is is over 24hrs... which leads you to...
*The next excuse which is that "Your policy is not older than 12month's so you do not qualify" yet they specify in the R400 promotion that your policy must not be older than 12 months.
*So when i email them about that i get a response another week later and then they claim that the cover is different on both policies. It does not make sense because comprehensive is comprehensive so i don't get what the difference is and if they cant beat the price they should not come up with excuses!!!
All i can say is these are not in the terms and conditions that the client reviews on the advertising. I wonder how many people are also affected
