Pathetic service

I am trying to go to Zimbabwe and i need insurance clearence, since thursday when i called they havent responded, i call everyday and they say they emailed the document and they havent, i am fed up specially because i was with Auto and general and they convinced me to change to them a month ago and now im struggling to get help, yet when they wanted me to change they called me everyday.
