MY NAME IS DIKELEDI TSHABALALA, ON THE 12TH JANUARY I DEPOSITED AN AMOUNT OF R4200 TO BUY A CELLPHONE V12 FROM FONE CHOICE ACCOUNT. I FAXED A PROOF OF PAYMENT AN EMAILED IT THE SAME DAY AND CALLED THEM TO VERIFY IF THEY GOR THE PROOF IT SHOWED AFTER 3 DAYS. THEY TOLD ME I WILL GET MY CELLPHONE WITHIN 2 TO 10 WORKING DAYS. AFTER 12 DAYS I RECEIVED AN SMS SAYING I HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER A CALLED THEM AGAIN TO INFORM THEM THAT I HAVENT CANCELLED ANYTHING. UNTIL TO DAY I HAVENT RECEIVE ANY THING EVEN A CALL FROM THEM. THE CALL CENTERS ARE SO RUDE THEY EVEN GIVE ME TIME TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. I AM VERY ANGRY BECAUSE I USE MY MONEY TO CALL THEM EVERYDAY WHILE I RECEIVE NO HELP FROM THE .
