I AM UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED AND DRAINED OF THE EXTRA BAD SERVICE I RECIEVED AT PROTECTOR BUILD IN HONEYDEW. SADLY THIS TIME ITS NOT ONE OF THE WORKERS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT ITS ACTUALLY THE MANAGER HIMSELF AND THE COMPANY OWNER Andries Potgieter. its been 2months and they havent refunded me my monies whereas i keep calling them everyday and all they keep saying is they will get back to me but they will never even in a single day call me. I am an old woman on pension i cannot afford to keep calling a bunch of incomprtent people everyday. At this stage i feel like i am been taken advantage of because i am an old lady. Thuis Andries have given me a run around this was in Novemebr when it happened, i called in December and they said they were on holidays and couldnt assist me and that i should call after the holidays. It was unprofessional for them to say that but i had no choice but to wait. We are approaching February and i still havent recieved any joy. I plead to be assisted.
