I applied and was approved for a Virgin Credit Card, I got a call from the courier company to confirm all the documents for FICA. Which I had in order as instructed. When it came to delivery, the gentleman informed me that the I need a Affidavit instead of a commissioner of oath stamped document. I work 6 days a week so it was a great pain but I got it done and my card was delivered and forms accepted. Now I get a phone call to say it needs to be stamped by a commissioner of oaths and not an affidavit. What do you want? Please. All I want is clear guidelines, I understand the point of FICA, but this is ridiculous.
