NO CREDIT CARD RENEWAL BECAUSE OF FICA

Yesterday (02.12.2013) I have noticed that my credit card has expired at the end of November 2013. That is strange because normally I receive my new credit card before it expires. I phoned the call center. The lady at the call center tells me I have not been issued a new credit card because of FICA.

FICA? How many of my Id copies do you need. I was FICAed long ago and all was fine. Virgin did not even contact me regarding this problem.

Since day one I received this credit card there has been issues. Every time my credit card needs to be renewed there is some kind of issue. Now I am fed up. I have 4 bank accounts with two separate banks with no issues. But always Virgin.

I WANT MY RENEWED CREDIT CARD ASAP OR I WILL MOVE MY CREDIT CARD TO ONE OF THE OTHER BANKS!!!

Enough is enough!!!
