I have been a M&F client for almost a year. I was shocked when I learned that my monthly motor insurance premium will increase with almost 100%!!! After enquering about this increase telephonically I was informed that this increase is due to a change in "product". What does this have to do with my current insurance as I was insured prior to the "product change" coming into effect? I presume if things carry on on this pace that my vehicle insurance premium will soon exceed my vehicle repayment premium!! I regret joining M&F as they now created a huge burden in order to arrange insurance at an alternative insurance broker. Worst of all - my no-claim bonus will now have to be prolonged as I have to start from scratch with another insurance broker. Ridiculous!! This is unacceptable!! Be rest assured that I will not recommend M&F to anyone!
