No feed back on Home Loan application

I applied for an extention of our bond on the 27th of March 2013, and I haven't recieved any feed back for over two weeks. Every time I call the call centre they always tell me that they have sent my application to Credit.

I am very dissappointed because I really love banking with STD bank, but the service is really poor and they don't even give back feed back on where the status of the application is.

I have been calling the call centre on a daily basis from the day I put the application but I am getting the same status (account has been sent to head office for approval).

Really dissappointed...
