A few months ago, I asked Essential Med to contact me as I was interested in signing up for a policy. Someone called me back a couple of days later and took my e-mail address in order to send me brochures. I never received that e-mail.
Last week I requested another call back and still no-one has contacted me. If this is an example of the sort of service you provide, I don't think I will be taking out a policy with you - not that I can anyway!
