Bond Extension Application

I applied for a Bond extention inthe beging of May 2013, the application was approved, to date i have not recieved any communication as to what is happening to this application, i went to the branch i was told they cant assist as this processed is done through call centre, i call the call centre an agent told me their systems are down that she will call me back never did.

Please asist with this query as this has been going on for over 3 months and its unacceptable.
