Insurance Claims

I have been retrenched and the African Insurance had to pay the instalments for the duration of the unemployment period. I supplied them with everything they needed but they only paid 7 months after. Now when I look at the statement they sent, they have been charging me interests and nonpayment charges and "another insurance charges". My complaint is I was not supposed to be charged those interests since I was not working and I have insurance that had to pay. Now the claim only paid for the late charges, interest and insurance and did not pay the initial debt. I have called in and sent emails so many times trying to resolve this but they never assist me. Can Hello Peter please assist me in resolving this since I am now working and would like to start paying my debt. But this needs to be resolved first. I appreciate your help.
