I have 3 loan with african bank. On 19 of july I was rentrenched. I applied for insurance clain to african bank till to date still waiting for the response. I made follow up nothing has happened. The call centre of african keep on calling to pay the debt. I explain the situation that I have my documation twice that unemployed. Please assist me.
