African Bank
Debit order during unemployment

Hi,

i have been sending thru numerous emails and faxes to african bank claims department informing them of my unemployment and to this day, they seem not to respond and continue to debit my account!
they have acknowledged my email but have taken bo action, i have asked to have the monies they deducted to be refunded as it should have been covered by the insurance,

Please urgently assist!
