I was at the capitec branch in Florida Johannesburg this morning and was assisted by Kagiso. He was very patient and kept trying to assist despite the system problems experienced. He eventually assisted when the system were back up.
He was a huge help and I am very grateful. Being a manager in customer service environment, I was very appreciative of this service. You guys need more people like him.
