After much frustration with Capitec, I received a call from Katkelego (I hope I spell her name right, however she is the assistance branch manager), for the beginning her attitude was to help, and to set things right
Went in, with in minutes she assisted me, understand what I am trying to achieve, explained herself, Capitec, and what she was doing. (just the idea of her telling me, she is doing this on the computer, she is doing this) even when she was stuck, she called her manager Johan (he was also friendly and willing to assist)
I can see why he, and she is in the positions what they are, and well done to both of them (hoping Capitec will see what asset they have in these two, especially Katkelogo, and giving her promotions, and allowing her to grow, really she is an asset to your bank!
