I asked why and I got good service

After countless times going into capitec cresta branch receiving bad service every now and then someone finally came to my rescue. I had complained before about capitec's bad service though I am still not satisfied with the way the matter was handled. On saturday I took a step and decided to go to capitec cresta branch to apply for my credit after waiting for a call that the manager had promised me still didn't get it from any of the service consultants, I was assisted by a great gentleman, Pogiso david don't know the surname who assisted me in the first steps of applying, said I will get feedback on monday not forgetting to mention that he will not be there, I did. Not get my feedback on monday however when I called on wednesday morning to ask what was happening, it took him 10 minutes to get back to me and give me the feedback. I went to the branch around 5pm and I got helped by another great gentleman Lesego who was very efficient gave me good service made me feel comfortable and my query was resolved. Big ups and thank you for great service David and Lesego, u deserve a Bells!!!
