My mother passed away in January and I have been trying to settle her credit card and close her account since February.
FNB passes me from one department to another and all I want to do is pay up and close the account!
I would think that given the sensitive nature of this issue, FNB would be far more helpful.
As such, I will be staying with Standard Bank after i initially thought of moving. Standard Bank is far more helpful and closed her accounts without much issue!
Please assist asap
