I wrote a complaint report on Hello Peter about a week back complaining about the sms notification system. Capitec bank staff acted very quickly and they have been try to diagnose the problem. It is unfortunate that I dragged down Capitec bank's name when It was not their fault. The fault was coming from my cellphone, I have accidentally placed the service notification number under SPAM numbers. I am truly sorry for dragging down the bank's name. It was my stupidity and ignorance. You are a great bank, your staff culture is great, they have a never die spirit. You are an initiative bank, you the 1st bank I know of to introduce biometric technology and your business users use a very high friendly system. I AM TRULY SORRY for spitting on the bank's name. Please keep up the good work and this kind of attitude should not stop with me, please take it beyond. YOU ARE A GREAT bank.
