I went to apply for a loan. Firstly I was not greeted by the consultant (MADITHABA) secondly she CANNOT READ because she loaded incorrect information on the system, i tried to correct her but she was not listening to ME, the CUSTOMER WHO IS ALWAYS RIGHT might I add. Any way due to her illiteracy the system declined my application. I spoke to the branch manager (ISRAEL) who assisted me, THE APPLICATION WAS SUCCESSFUL because I was assisted by someone who can actually read, but Never the less, I AM STILL WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION AS TO WHETHER I WILL OBTAIN THE LOAD OR NOT BECAUSE IT TAKES 48HRS TO CONFIRM EMPLOYMENT... REALLY!!! HOW DOES AN ILLITERATE PERSON GET HIRED...& AT THE RATE CAPITEC IS GOING... THEY WILL NEVER OBTAIN THE MARKET SHARE THEY ARE HOPING FOR IF THEIR CLIENT INTERFACING EMPLOYEES DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE BASICS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!
