After being in the que for close to an hour at a bank that I won't mention by name I went to Lusikisiki capitec bank for a cash deposit. I was not in the mood for anything as I'd just experienced horror from this other bank but the lady at the door greeted me with a warm smile and asked if she could assist me! Whenever I visit capitec I always receive A grade service but today I found myself comparing the 2 banks, and being disgusted at how the other one does not value its clientele! I'm not easily impressed but the service at Capitec bank is consistently impeccable and others should definitely learn from you guys especially that bank located just a second away from Capitec bank Lusikisiki!
