I received poor service from the entire branch, people are just too relaxed and they do not value or respect customers. I went around the 21st of May for a loan application. I spoke to Tshepo (consultant) who told me I was mandated to open a capitec bank account before I can apply for a loan (it is a standard process for all capitec???). I then applied, my card (The mandatory one) was faulty and help desk was closed and then he could not assist further. I was told to come the following day, I received a call and was told I need to stamp my pay slip before I come, I was also told employment confirmation was done. When I went the following day, I was told the system is again faulty. I had to come again on Saturday, again the system was faulty. I then went back again on 29th may. Tshepo was off therefore they need to start the whole process and re-confirm employment e.t.c... After all those visits. The assistant manager said Tshepo is absent and they can't see the paperwork, they can't assist.
They were also not that keen on assisting, the lady that assisted on the day was busy with admin for about 5 minutes before she could even say Hi to me.
I had a terrible experience
