I went into your branch located in Jacaranda to inquire the status of my student loan. I was informed that they will get back to me as your call centre was very busy. That never happened.
The loan is in my brother's name, so i do not receive statements etc.
My secretary obtained an email address as to where i can email my request, as your call centre is non existent.
I forwarded my request to to [Email Removed] together with a power of attorney to obtain all information on the loan.
Nobody is responding!!!
I need a full transaction history since inception of the agreement.
It is strange how sales are so eager for service delivery, but after sales care is somewhat of a burden to the banks.
Your response is much anticipated.
