ALL THAT I'M TRYING TO DO IS TO HAVE CREDIT LIFE INSURANCE CANCELLED FROM MY MONTHLY PERSONAL LOAN REPAYMENTS SINCE I'VE JUST TAKEN A LIFE POLICY THAT COVERS THE LOAN I HAVE WITH FNB! I'VE BEEN GIVEN A TOTAL OF 4 EMAIL ADDRESSES I.E. [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] ALL OF WHICH DON'T WORK!!! WHY SUCH COMPLEX EMAIL ADDRESSES TO BEGIN WITH? YOU WILL NEVER EVER HAVE SUCH A PROBLEM WITH FNB PERSONAL LOANS SALES, MEANING THIS PROBLEM IS DELIBERATE! I KEEP TRYING TO SEND THE POLICY CONFIRMATION HERE AND MY EMAILS KEEP BOUNCING BACK. I'VE JUST SPENT ABOUT 45MINUTES WITH A CALL CENTRE AGENT (LYRIS MILTON) TRYING TO GET A SOLUTION AND STILL NO LUCK. LETS SEE IF THE MANAGER WHOM IS PRESUMABLY BUSY TO TALK TO ME RIGHT NOW WILL ACTUALLY PHONE ME BACK AS PROMISED. IN THE END I'M VERY DISPPOINTED WITH THE BANK THAT I HELD IN SUCH HIGH REGARD UNTIL TODAY.
