I have applied about 10 working days ago for a loan and until this day no response from Loan finder SA and the staff at the call centre can not or will not provide me with the contact details for the service provider. They have also deducted money from my bank acc unauthorised and now they just don't care to even contact me with details of loan application. They have been telling me for the last 2 weeks that the service provider wil phone me but that to has not happened. Does anybody know what to do as to atleast get my money back??? please email me on [Email Removed] have told them today that if nobody from the call centre or service provider phone me in next couple of days I will contact my lawyer in this regards.
