Paid up letter for personal loan

I called your legal department on 0860 6677 83 on the 20/05/2013 to request a settlement amount on my personal loan. I was advised that the loan was paid up in full and that i would need to send an email to [Email Removed] and request a paid up letter. On the 23/05/2013 i called back and asked for the email address to be confirmed as i had not received a response. My initial email has now come back as undelivered. i need a paid up letter to be sent to me ASAP please, with my account and personal details on it.

one of the referance numbers i was given was 822 4529
