The matter refers:

on the 2nd of May 2013 I reported the problem that accidentally I found myself having a loan with FNB at amount of R7.700, which same time same day, I send an email for reversal, I make a follow up the following day regarding the loan, I was promised that I will be sorted I was then surprise when I deposit R500.00 into my bank account, FNB deducted that money as interest for a loan, which I reported and state that I am not going to use the money, which I did not, .

Please assist in this matter, I need my R500.00 be reversed.

I am concern about the query below because the matter is getting worse than before, R2, 945 was deducted again after I have reported that the money be reversed long ago, my employer paid me R4000 for thousands rand, now FNB deduct 2, 945 with the aim of saying I have used the money for from the loan.
