FNB HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AND IS NOT CONCERNED AT ALL. A CHEQUE DEPOSIT WAS MADE TO MY ACCOUNT AND ASKED FOR SPECIAL CLEARANCE ON THE 9TH APRIL 2013 (ALSO WRITTEN ON SLIP FOR A SPECIAL CLEARANCE). AND THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE AS TELLER 3 FAILED TO DO THEIR WORK. AND PROMISED THAT THEY WILL PHONE ME BACK (BRIDGET) THIS IS WHATS HAPPENING IN THE NEW SOUTH-AFRICA FOR JOBS OF FRIENDS WHILE USING PEOPLE WHO CANNOT DO THE JOB PROPERLY IS IT WORT HAVING AN ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK THAT HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
