Really BAD Service

In October 2012 my body corporate submitted a claim against hail and rain damage to my property (townhouse) in Verwoedpark, Alberton. After an assessment I was informed the damage amounted to R25 650 by Lifestyle Group (Heinrich/Liezel) Because there is a body corporate involved and according to Lifestyle they would have to get their contractors out to do the repairs but should I opt for a cash pay out the amount would only be R15 723, which is what I agreed to. This amount was to paid out by Friday the 12th April this year. (7 months later) This morning (15 April) I get told by Liezel that the damage needs to be re-assessed as they now claim the amount is too high. I currently have tenants in the townhouse who are complaining about this damage (and rightfully so) and I am just getting shoved from pillar to post and the story keeps changing. In the past 7 months I have spoken to at least 7 people and 30 phone calls later I'm now back to square 1. I need this matter resolved as I am relocating to Port Elizabeth at the end of April. Surely as a paying client I am entitled to a better service than this.
