WITH SPECIAL CLEARANCE ASKED AND WRITTEN ON, NO SPECIAL CLEARANCE HAS BEEN TAKEN PLACE AFTER TALKING TO CHANTELL NOTHING WAS DONE TO THIS MATTER AS I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE CHEQUE TO CLEAR 7 DAYS. TODAY ANOTHER CHEQUE GET PAID IN AND ON PHONING GOLDENWALK FNB NO ANSWER FOR 30 MINS THEN NO HELP ALSO, BRIDGET IS OUT, CHANTELL (BRANCH MANAGER NOT THERE), THEY PUT ME TO SALOME WHO JUST DOES NT WANT TO HELP SHE SAID SORRY I CANT CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AND HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE SHE PUTS ME THROUGH TO ANTIONETTE SO NOW LETS HOPE SHE CALLS BACK.
