Lack of communication / disgusting service

Hi there mailed documents to Stardard Bank on the 27/02/2013. Waited for the 15 to 20 workings days for the process of my documents. Called them almost everyday for a feed back which was told to me that still with management, once they completed with my docs I will get a call from them. Its gone 15/04/2013 still re feed back please help I am in a crisis and need help urgently
