I am now up to boiling point with Standard bank!! it has been 14 days exact i have no feed back as to where my money is and whats going on!!! i have called Standard bank COUNTLESS times i have logged a complaint if i cant get through i am on hold!!! I have bills to pay family responsibilty and a baby to look after!!! I am now sick and tired of waiting after i was notified that there was done on my account 14 days ago the call centre told me that someone will call me back after 3days with feed back as to how the investigation is going??!!! and no one!!! i am so fed up and mad!! NO ONE can GIVE ME AN ANSWER!!!
I am cool calm and collective when i speak to someone, maybe that is my problem maybe i should more aggressive!!
can some one please call me back as i am now up TO HERE!
