The Standards Keep Dropping

I have done a online application for a new card and I have no feed back from Std Bank, all I get days later is a SMS saying "outstanding Fica Documents" which I submitted twice last year!!! I emailed the complaints department to say this is poor customer service and a consultant should have at least called me. The complaints department says go to the bank and submit the documents, I replied asking why I need to do that and it has been days but I didn't get a response. Today I had called the Std Call Centre and had to be put on hold times and wait for minutes before I received any answers. I asked the call centre consultant to call me back because he was taking so long to revert, his said that he cant can't call me back and I must email another department if I can not wait. I then tell him he I have been holding on for so long and he has the nerve to ask me why and tells me there was no cue. This is not the service I expect and this is not the first time that Standard Bank has given me this poor disgusting service.
