I logged a call at ABSA 2299927 with all the relevant detail and requested them to send the information through to the department and reverse the amount on my credit card. Their response was that I gave out my credit card information and I have to resolve the issue with Nuetrim, that you cannot contact. If the bank I have been with for many year cannot help me when we as customer report what else is there to do.
