I also have the same problem with Neutrim. I placed the order with Neutrim on the 25/03/2013, not realising that the product was coming from overseas. The funds went off my credit card immediately and I have not received the product to date. I have been requesting a refund and they say the parcel has been shipped. The Post Office has no notifcation of this parcel. They say I must send the goods back if I want a refund. This is South Africa we are talking about. I am not expecting to receive the product.
