This was the reason I decided to move away from absa in the first place, you are plain and simple incompetent. In this case I know you are not directly responsible for credit cards etc. but you should at least be able to facilitate in some form or another. There were 3 things I wanted you to look at and respond to me with regards to. For some reason you keep on replying that the problem has been resolved. On the other hand I did not receive ANY information with regards to ANYTHING. It has been about a week now. Should I wait for a month before I should be expecting any response or should I just forget about it? Now I know you are once again going to sincerely apologize which is not something one care about, but rather absa problems which you seemingly can't resolve. I would like to know why there was no yearly increase on my credit card? I want to change my monthly deduction. And mail me my credit card information (not sms) so I can go and pick up my credit card at the post office because it was cancelled due to in one of your departments. I have been trying to collect my credit card for 2 weeks now, but with your brilliant service and response I was not able to do so.
