Claim Rejected. No forced Entry

I have lost two bicycles after I left a garage opened when I kick started the vehicle with a flat battery. I returned after going around the block just to find out the bicycles were missing. I was honest from the word go as to how they disappeared, after the assessor came and reported a week later he write to me that he claim is rejected.
