On the 29th of november 2013 my car was totally damaged by hail in pretoria mamelodi nelmapius. I sent a claim and the agent sent me papers I filled them in and emailed them back and after a week he phoned and told me that my claim was rejected and told me to read a clause on my contract which was on their terminologies not exclusions or we will not pay, and never heard from them until January 2014 when they told me that they are sending an assessor to inspect my car and he told me that the roof should be cut and replaced so it must be a write off, we then took the vehicle to panelbeaters who also said its a write off and we phoned them to inform them about this and they promised to get back to us but never did, I wrote an email about this but no reply, they first rejected the claim and later sent an assessor but still can't fix my car. I can't understand this cause since then I have been waiting for them to send me a letter that confirms the rejection of this claim so I could take the matter up with my lawyer.
