Rejected after being told to get own report

I was told to get a report from my own Contractor then they would relook at my claim!!

I paid my own contractor to write a report and now you have just rejected without even looking at the report!!!

also they rejected my claim without even checking all aspects of the claim as there were 2 things damaged and you rejected the entire claim because of one aspect!!!
