Repeated requests for contact and information

I am a South African living in London, UK who wants to return to South Africa within the next 8 months.
I have read about FNB's Homecomer initiative where they help South Africans living abroad to open a bank account in preparation for there return. I thought this was great and exactly what I was looking for but I just cant seem to get a response out of them.

Over the last 6 weeks I have send 2 'Call Back' requests as instructed by FNB's website and 3 separate emails to the email address provided on the FNB Homecomer webpage asking for an application form but I have heard absolutely *nothing* back from them.

When filling out the 'Call Back' forms I got an automatically generated reference numbers but nothing more. No response at all.

I tried calling with no answer, and when I did get through I was put on hold for nearly 15 minutes - a rather expensive 15 minutes when you consider that I am calling from the UK. I eventually hung up.

I had a friend in South Africa email and call them but with still no response.

I mean seriously, what do I need to do to get a response from them? Very disappointing.
I would really like to get this moving so I can start sending money home.
