I bought a pair of Raybans at Sunglasses Hut and the lens is starting to peel off. I went to the Canal Walk branch and the employee gave me a repair centre number to call and confirmed they will replace the glasses as they are under warranty. When I tried calling the number it didnt seem to exist so I went on their website and called the correct repair centre number several times but got no answer. I emailed them on 18/11 and put a read receipt on the email. That email was deleted without being read. I have followed up with another email a week later and still no response. Despite me trying several times to contact them via telephone and email, I have had absolutely no response whatsoever!!! Very frustrated!!! I have heard about many people complaining about Sunglasses Hut and their service. Please help!!!
