No Response for two weeks

I have requested an application form to be sent to me since am currently living abroad and was thinking of opening up an account while overseas. I then followed the instructions online, which was to send an email [Email Removed] and an application form will then be email back to me. i waited for about five days and there was still no response. i then decided to give them a call to enquire more about what was holding up the response. At first the person i spoke at first had no clue what a homecomer account was all about then he put me back on the line which the phone call got cut off which meant had to dial and joing the que again and this time i spoke to Bheki, whom at first wasnt sure about what i was talking about then he put me on hold then he came back and said that i needed to send an email to [Email Removed] and a Rajesh person had told him so and that he'd send the application form to me. Two later no Answer??? i dont think this banking deserves my services as they have made a promise they cant keep.
