3 months so far to open a business account

I got the forms from FNB in November last year to open a business account. I only started the process in earnest in July 2013. FNB gave me the wrong forms, and wanted me to sign a form that incorrectly stated that my business operated from my personal address, and only when I refused to sign it, they made a plan to "allow me to modify the form". (Their form just literally has wording mistakes on it that the staff seem to be aware of but aren't allowed to fix.) We've been going back and forth with corrections on forms because FNB made mistakes on one of our directors' names and ID numbers, despite me giving them all the details correctly in an online form. The last of the forms were sent to FNB at the end of August, and I have not heard another word. I emailed 3 times with no response, and phoned them finally yesterday and they said someone would phone me back that day. It did not happen. I'm now wondering if I should go to another bank. It's like they don't want our business. The woman I spoke to yesterday confirmed that what ever stage our application is in currently should only take 10 minutes (not over a month!).
