Please be careful when choosing insurance option, some insurance they treat like a corn man until proven otherwise.

I am not sure if this is a complaint or just warning to others, My car was hijacked and I launch a claim with prime meridian of which I had to let them do their internal investigation while I was using taxis to conduct my businesses, I submitted all the documentation as requested, was in touch with the investigator and three weeks down the process my car was recovered, with battery missing, no keys and few other damages.

after they access the care it was agreed that damages are below the amount stipulated by our contract. of which I agree. since I did have spare keys and car was without a battery I asked they can use my roadside assistance policy potion to tow the car to my premises or with Pieter said if they organise that I will have to pay out of my own pocket.
with all the great help that Pieter has given me through the process follow all protocols, I thank him for that, but I am disappointed to the whole organisation for failing to assist me with the towing of the car,
Make sure u know your insurer people, low premiums not alway a good options
